Crushing and Screening

With over 20 years of Crushing and Screening experience we are more than capable of handling jobs from 1000 tonnes through to whatever you require, mainly specialising in large commercial contracts we understand the need for high and reliable production rates. With our experience in both quarrying and recycling we pride ourselves on a professional service and a premium end product.

Past contracts have involved a range of products from dust and chipping production for concrete, blocks and asphalt applications through to high tonnage production of Type 1 and crusher run type materials. When recycling our diverse range of machines can process a wide range of materials. Past jobs have included the pulverising of ceramic tiles for reusable 'Pitchers', road planings, tarmac and glass through to concrete and brick crushing.

Our modern fleet of crushers include jaws, cones, impactors, V.S.I's and shredders, many of which are tracked for fast and efficient movement on site. Our screening machines include primary, secondary and scalpers, 3/4 way split and rinsers.

With a full range of screening media from fingers to mesh to suit your application. All of our machines are fully equiped with all of the relevent safety features and dust suppression. Our in house fitters maintain the machines to the highest standard to ensure they run efficiently and safely, this helps to ensure minimal downtime.
